Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Moana Bikini will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused swimsuit that was sold at regular price for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact Moana bikini via returns@moanabikini.com for an authorisation number. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, a completed exchange form, sanitary stickers and original hang and sizing tags must be still attached. Moana Bikini under no circumstances offers store credit. Unfortunately, Moana Bikini does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

*If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.

**ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED**

Customers willing to exchange can only exchange for the same style in a different size.

Customers willing to exchange for a sold out item must then select an available item for the same price in its place.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER

Contact us on returns@moanabikini.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorisation Number. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason to exchange in this email. 

 

STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM

Once you have been approved for your Authorisation Number and paid the return postage fee of $25 AUD via PayPal you can then print, and fill out your exchange form. You must print and complete this form and enclose it with your exchange. You can find your Returns Form at the bottom of this page.

 

STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP 

The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an Authorisation Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Returns Form. The Authorisation Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If an Authorisation Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to sender. 

Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused with sanitary stickers, hang and size tags attached and undamaged. 

Moana Bikini reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy. 

NOTE – We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges. As you may know, stock is limited. Merchandise for your exchange will be put on hold for 15 business days. If your exchange does not return back to MOANA HQ within this time, the stock will be returned to our warehouse for sale. 

 

STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION 

Once we have received your merchandise at Moana Bikini HQ, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition with sanitary stickers, hang and size tags still attached. Please allow 1- 4 business days for your exchange to be processed by our exchange team once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.

DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

You must print and complete this form and enclose it along with a ‘Pre-Paid Return Satchel’ (which can be purchased at your local Australia Post) with your exchange.
