YOUR MISSION (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our Social Media Content Manager, you’re the captain of our content ship. Your job? To lead our socials into uncharted, viral waters. Collaborating with our dream team (Community Manager, Director, and more), you’ll whip up scroll-stopping, sales-driving magic.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

Content Creation Domination:

• Craft and post daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (think static posts, Stories, Reels, Duets, Lives, and whatever TikTok trend is blowing up today).

• Edit photos and videos like a pro—whether it’s in-app wizardry or Canva/Adobe sparkle.

• Stay ahead of social trends and keep our content as fresh as a sea breeze.

Strategy Meets Creativity:

• Plan and align Social Media content with product launches, campaigns, and Moana’s big-picture goals.

• Dream up campaigns that’ll make our audience swoon—organic, paid, competition, partnership… the works.

Performance Whisperer:

• Track those sweet engagement metrics and pivot faster than you can say “algorithm.”

We’re on the hunt for someone who is not only creative and strategic but also a true Social Media native with a passion for fashion, swimwear, and activewear. Here are the key skills and qualities we’re seeking:

THE PERFECT MATCH

We’re looking for a creative mastermind who’s strategic, adaptable, and 100% social-savvy. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have at least 3 years of experience crushing it in a similar role.
• Can prove you know how to grow Social Media accounts and drive engagement like a pro.
• Are a total whiz with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—and their latest tools, trends, and quirks.
• Excel at planning content schedules (daily, weekly, monthly—you’re the Beyoncé of organization).
• Have killer photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite are your playground).
• Feel right at home on camera and can nail those impromptu Lives.
• Balance creative thinking with laser-focused strategy.
• Adapt like a chameleon in a fast-paced environment.
• Bring positive vibes, always.

💻 Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
